- Part of the cost for the YAFA Eastern Visayas ID will be sponsored by YAFA Eastern Visayas thru its funds.

6. World AIDS Day
- The members present decided to reaffirm the proposal during last August 19, 2009 meeting of conducting a week long celebration starting December 1, 2009 up to December 7, 2009.
- YAFA Eastern Visayas will be conducting a series of lectures and symposium featuring Gender, HIV and AIDS, Sex, and Sociology experts.
