My feelings towards people living with HIV (PLHIV):

I am a professional nurse and a clinical instructor. I empathize how they feel and what they are going through. I have counseled some youth who are experiencing this kind of ailment. It's not more on the disease but of the social stigma it creates.

Yes. It's for myself.

My ideas or opinions about Republic Act 8504:

Republic Act 8504 - Aids Prevention and Control Act of 1988

AN ACT PROMULGATING POLICIES AND PRESCRIBING MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF HIV/AIDS IN THE PHILIPPINES, INSTITUTING A NATIONWIDE HIV/AIDS INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM, ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE HIV/AIDS MONITORING SYSTEM, STRENGTHENING THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL AIDS COUNCIL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

It is just right for the state to create such an act. The State should also see if the Act is properly implemented and if its agencies are working well.
