People with HIV should be able to lead their lives just like anybody else - people with HIV are people just a nice or bad as anyone else

My ideas or opinions about Republic Act 8504:

It is great that the Philippines has such an act - but like laws everywhere we have to ensure that they are observed and always be vigilant. It is also the case that however much there is a law aimsto protest people that stigmatising and discrimination are still visited upon HIV+ people ; we need to educate people , to win over minds and hearts so that PLHIV are treatedjust like everbody else
